Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of iHost services offered by iMartGroup Ltd. ("iHost", "we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing services, you agree to them.

1. Agreement

By registering, ordering, or using hosting, domains, email, or related services, you enter a binding agreement based on these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the specifications shown on the relevant product or checkout pages.

2. Services

We provide the services described in your order or plan. Resource limits, features, and support scope are as stated on our site or in your confirmation. We may change offerings with reasonable notice where required by law.

3. Account & acceptable use

You are responsible for account credentials and for content you host or send. You must not use our services for unlawful activity, spam, malware distribution, or in ways that harm our network or other customers.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are due as shown at checkout or in your invoice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. Refunds follow our published refund or money-back rules for the product you purchased.

Online payments are processed through LipaPay, our own payment gateway operated by us. When you pay via LipaPay, you also accept any LipaPay-specific terms shown at checkout, in addition to these terms.

5. Personal data protection (PDPC)

iMartGroup Ltd is registered with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of the United Republic of Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of Tanzania governing the protection of personal data. Processing of personal data in connection with our services is carried out in line with those laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Domains & third parties

Domain registration and transfers are subject to registry and registrar policies. We act on your behalf where applicable; disputes may be governed by those third-party terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from these terms or your use of the services is limited as set out in your service agreement or, if not specified, to fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate as allowed in your plan or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or serious abuse. Data retention after termination follows our backup and retention practices.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Republic of Tanzania, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
